Ronald H. Swafford Realty & Auction Co. first opened in Pikeville, TN (Bledsoe County) in 1977. We are the oldest real estate company in Pikeville. Located in Southeast Tennessee, we are approximately 1 hour Northwest of Chattanooga, 2 hours Southwest of Knoxville, and 2.5 hours Southeast of Nashville, in an area known as the Sequatchie Valley. Bledsoe County is the northernmost county in the valley. It is divided into three distinct natural divisions: the Sequatchie Valley, Cumberland Plateau, and Walden’s Ridge. Things move at a little bit slower pace here than they do in the city but if you want to relax, unwind, or get away this is a good place for it.
